The vast choice of typical Sardinian products available to the customer highlights his professionalism and simplicity in explaining the product itself. I must also compliment him for the various tastings available with perfect pairings for each dairy product and cured meat. Excellent sommelier indeed! I highly recommend it. Thanks Mariangela.
