Presenta un bouquet complesso, con note floreali che si intrecciano a sentori fruttati e minerali, uniti da un corpo intenso dai riflessi dorati. Il tannino, levigato dalla terracotta, e l'acidità decisa si contendono la scena ad ogni sorso, offrendo un'esperienza sensoriale unica.

La vinificazione avviene in anfore di terracotta, un metodo tradizionale che conferisce al vino una struttura profonda e una personalità distintiva. Questo processo artigianale esalta le caratteristiche organolettiche delle uve, creando un equilibrio perfetto tra freschezza e complessità.
