Lacconargiu is selected from native white grapes, from which it takes its name “Lacconargiu” (albarenzeuli), grown in the hills of Mandrolisai. The grapes come from bush-trained vineyards, with low yields per hectare (about 35-45 quintals), harvested in crates during the coolest hours of the day, on sandy and clayey soil at an altitude of 500-600 meters. The harvest is done by hand with careful selection of the bunches. During the winemaking process, the grapes are crushed in such a way as to preserve all the varietal aromas; this is followed by careful fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Lacconargiu (Isola dei Nuraghi - white) has a beautiful straw yellow color with golden reflections. Its scent is characterized by an intense aroma, of particular finesse, persistent, with a note of ripe fruit and a variegated floral bouquet. The taste is dry, clean and elegant, with a very long sensation of softness in which a light fruity note and a pleasant sweet almond finish are perceived. Its alcohol content varies between 13-14% Vol. The refinement is carried out in stainless steel tanks, followed by the bottle. It is recommended to taste it at a temperature of about 10-12 ° C.
